A candidate who is deemed to be “Not Yet Competent” will have the right to 
(1) appeal; or 
(2) request for reassessment 
by writing in with detailed grounds for appeal / request for reassessment within 1 week of the date of assessment to the Training Manager. 

All appeal must be lodged in with written letters and a cheque of $50.00 appeal fee & mailed or delivered to the training centre at 51 Goldhill Plaza #08-02, Singapore 308900.
